Load Banks
Commission the whole power and cooling chain. DX-Series load banks are built for data centres — proving generators, UPS, switchgear and PDUs from utility intake to white space, with the integration, redundancy and continuous-duty rating that critical facilities demand.
Overview
From the substation
to the slab.
A data centre must be proven end-to-end before a single server arrives. The DX-Series provides the controllable, repeatable load needed to commission the entire power train — standby generators, UPS, switchgear and PDUs — and to validate the cooling system against design heat load across the white space.
Units are designed for continuous operation, dual A/B feed testing and full integration with the building management system, so load can be applied, stepped and logged exactly to the commissioning script and integrated systems test (IST) scenarios — including failure and black-building simulations.
- Integration
- BMS / Modbus / network, scripted IST sequences
- Redundancy
- Dual A/B feed testing under load
- Duty
- Continuous-rated for extended commissioning
- Deployment
- White-space (air) and power-train (cabinet) units
- Metering
- Per-unit kW, V, A with centralised logging
